Beads Embroidery Workshop with Coloratura at Kulture House, Jumeirah | May 2026 | Dubai

Our recent Beads Embroidery Workshops in Dubai brought together a wonderful group of people for two days of slow crafting and design. 

Hosted at Kulture House in Jumeirah 1 on May 14 and May 16, 2026, these sessions were an open space to sit together, chat, and create as the city slows down for the summer.

Inspired by Flame Tree Season

The color palette and ideas for the workshop came from Dubai’s Flame Tree blossoms. These bright red flowers open up across the city right as the summer heat begins.

A Creative Collaboration with Coloratura

We worked alongside Coloratura Designs, a beads embroidery artist, to run these small sessions. Sitting around one big table, everyone could learn at their own pace.

Handmade Ikat Organizers

Everyone took home their own finished travel organizer and makeup bag. The bags themselves are made from our handwoven cotton ikat fabric, which made a really beautiful, high-contrast background for the red floral embroidery.
