  • Step 2: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with the return mailing instructions

3. Return Shipping
  • Method: All returns are accepted by mail
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
  • Labels: Once your return is authorized via our contact form, you will be responsible for printing and attaching your own shipping label

5. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
