RETURNS
If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and returned in original packaging.
Once your return has been shipped, please share the tracking details with us.
Returns received outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the item(s) only.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, return shipping is arranged and covered by the customer.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are eligible for store credit.
Returns must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Store credit will be issued as a unique code, redeemable at checkout toward another size or style.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items, where we’ll make it right.
